Charm Bar Private Party/Pop-ups

Your party should be easy, fun and personalized to you! As long as you have a minimum of 8 chains (bracelets, or necklaces), and a space, you're set to host a party!

Setup
We pride ourselves with our beautiful display and one-of-a-kind experience. Our luxurious display is a gorgeous addition to any party. Setup takes about 30/45 minutes.

We will need room for a 6 ft table, and space on both sides of the table for the clients to be able to gather around, and for us to sit to make the jewelry.

Curation
During your party we let all guest take their time creating their perfect charm bar item. With us having over 1000 charms, sometimes narrowing down to select few can be very hard!

Duration
We stay as long as we need to, making sure all your guests are linked up and thrilled with their new jewelry! Typically a party for 6-10 people takes around 2 hours, however, it depends on how many pieces need to be created. If you have any questions about how long you should have for a party, let us know!

We want your party to be as effortless as possible, so we are flexible with how your event goes.

You can have each guest purchase their own jewelry or you can offer a set credit of your choice towards their jewelry. You can even pay in full for everything at the beginning or end. 

However you decide to structure your party, we make sure it's a seamless and enjoyable experience!

There’s no hidden costs after you pay your booking fee when you book!

All our charm bar chains and charms are a mix of alloy, plated, stainless steel, and PVD.

These materials are not meant for water activities like swimming or showering, and should be removed while sleeping.

We accept cash, venmo, and all major credit cards as payments at every event.

Because our time (and yours) is valuable, a booking fee is required to reserve your event time and helps cover our travel costs to you. Bookings fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Send us a DM on Facebook or Instagram OR email us, the location, the date (or a few) you'd like to have the party, time of day you prefer or need, approx how many people will be in attendance, and any other information you would like us to know!

We do require a $25 booking fee* at the time of booking to reserve the date!

*The booking fee is non-refundable, BUT goes towards the host/hostess purchases day of event*

NO WORRIES!

Come have your party at our shop here in Highland (1009 Broadway)! We can comfortably fit between 6/8 people within the shop space.

When hosting at the shop, we do not need step up or tear down time, and you can just arrive at the start time of your party!

Coming to our shop is FREE OF CHARGE to you (outside the deposit), so NO clean up, NO hassle with having guest over, EASY BREEZY BEAUTIFUL!
